工作职责
1. HR & Administrative Support Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, offboarding and related formalities. Liaise with external suppliers, service providers and business partners. Organize and maintain personnel and office documents and files. Help revise and update company HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Handle other daily administrative tasks. 2. Warehouse Operation & Inventory Management Support daily warehouse organization, on-site management and enforcement of safety regulations. Conduct regular inventory counts, stock checks and location inspections; assist with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy investigation. Promptly report abnormal issues such as stock shortages, overstock, damaged or missing goods to supervisors. Accurately record inventory data using WMS/ERP systems, spreadsheets and barcode scanners. Maintain accurate warehouse locations, product labels and updated inventory information.
职位要求
Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English (for daily communication with Chinese team members, local US staff and logistics carriers). Education & Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant HR work experience, or a degree in Human Resources. Prior knowledge of warehouse workflows is preferred. Work Authorization: Must hold valid legal work authorization in the US (OPT/CPT/Green Card/US Citizenship, etc.). H-1B visa sponsorship is available for eligible international students and new graduates upon review. Competencies: Strong organizational, communication and execution skills; able to work alternately in office and warehouse areas. Physical Requirement: Able to work in a warehouse environment, including prolonged standing, walking, stocktaking and goods arrangement.
