工作职责
• Full-cycle Recruitment- Manage full cycle recruitment efforts to source and hire top, diverse talent across the organization, while ensuring all candidates have an exceptional experience. Proactively source qualified candidates, review resumes and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner. Organize and facilitate interview debriefs, drive offer approvals, and negotiation. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and hiring teams to source and identify candidates that will excel at 55haitao Group.
• Onboarding, Offboarding & General Administration- Administer the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition as a new employee and securing employee needs.
• Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner. Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
• Compliance and Employment Law Champion– Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance with local, state, and national labor law regulations.
职位要求
At least 1 years of full cycle recruiting experience preferably in a fast moving, dynamic company
• Bachelor’s degree required in human resources, business administration, or a related field; HR certifications a plus
• Experience mediating difficult conversations, navigating complex organizations and supporting cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical capabilities and an ability to influence managers/leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience
• Extreme attention to detail, a sense of urgency, reliability, and commitment to mastering your work
• Excellent people skills and approachability, proactively accessible and responsive to employees and managers
• Ability to work independently and be proactive
• Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English languages
