SideChef is looking for a Human Resources Specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring great assets to our team! You will collaborate with other departments to understand their hiring needs, in order to attract candidates using job platforms, networking social media and other relevant channels. Ultimately, your responsibility will be to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. WHAT YOU'LL DO: .Support in designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy .Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate platforms .Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc .Screen candidates resumes and job applications according to the job description .Conduct initial interviews to filter candidates within schedule .Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes .Owning the communication with candidates throughout the whole process, ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience .Preparing offer letters and other information necessary during the eventual hiring process .Support in onboarding procedures (contracts, visa and work permit application, etc.) .Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

WHO YOU ARE: .At least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources or Administrative position .Familiarity with Chinese labour laws as well as visa and work permit application process .Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) .Experience organizing electronic files (CVs and candidates’ information) in an efficient manner .Familiar with Microsoft Office or other basic work softwares .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Comfortable working in a multicultural, dynamic and fast-paced environment .High EQ and excellent ability to communicate and understand people’s behaviour and motivations .Strong decision-making skills .Proficient in English and Chinese is a must
