工作职责
Job Responsibilities:
1. Company System Process Training: Learn and master the company's product knowledge and foreign trade process system;
2. Customer development: Utilizing the company's self built website platform, combined with localized customer needs and habits, to develop professional development policies and cooperation methods tailored to each country;
3. Customer follow-up: Utilize the company's website platform to complete inquiries for assigned customer resources, follow up or develop inquiry follow-up independently, be responsible for negotiating with customers until orders are formed, and assist in providing after-sales service;
4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good communication with customers, do a good job in customer relationship management, and maintain customer stickiness and activity;
5. Market analysis: Conduct localized market analysis and judgment on customers and products, and combine it with the company's strategic

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Economics and Trade/English is preferred;
2. 1-2 years of experience in foreign trade, with priority given to product experience in the optoelectronic or communication industry;
3. Proficient in Indonesian and Chinese is preferred; Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
4. Good basic qualities, positive attitude, strong plasticity, identification with company culture and industry development.
Foreign Trade Sales Resources
Network platform resources: one-stop independent website;
Exhibition resources: OFC Global Optical Communication Exhibition in the United States, ECOC European Communication Exhibition in Sweden. (2-6 global communication exhibitions per year);
Overseas visit resources: 2-8 times a year to visit clients in overseas locations;

Quarterly industry report resources and 10000 potential customer resources.
