1.市场开拓与大客户运营:聚焦互联网、AI科技、科研机构等目标行业大客户,挖掘智算需求,制定开拓策略;维护核心大客户关系,搭建大客户资源池,推动千万级以上智算项目落地。 2.全流程销售落地:独立完成售前售中闭环,精准分析需求、定制智算解决方案,开展方案讲解、商务谈判、合同签署及履约跟进,协调内部团队保障交付实施。 3.业绩目标达成:根据个人年度销售目标分解并执行,确保完成销售额、大客户签约量等核心指标,助力公司抢占智算市场。 4.行业洞察与资源整合:关注智算行业动态及竞品情况,提供市场参考;整合AIDC客户、渠道资源,联动生态伙伴,提升公司品牌影响力。 1.Market Development & Key Account Management Focus on key clients in target industries including the internet, AI technology and scientific research institutions, tap into intelligent computing demands and formulate development strategies. Maintain relationships with core key clients, build a key customer resource pool, and drive the implementation of intelligent computing projects valued at over ten million RMB. 2.End-to-End Sales Delivery Independently deliver full-cycle pre-sales and after-sales services. Accurately analyze client demands, customize intelligent computing solutions, conduct solution presentations, business negotiations, contract signing and performance follow-up, and coordinate internal teams to guarantee delivery and implementation. 3.Performance Target Achievement Break down and implement personal annual sales targets to meet core KPIs such as sales volume and number of signed key clients, supporting the company to capture more shares in the intelligent computing market. 4.Industry Insight & Resource Integration: Keep up with trends in the intelligent computing industry and competitor activities to provide market references; integrate AIDC clients and channel resources, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and enhance the company's brand influence.
职位要求
1.经验要求:AIDC、智算服务等相关行业销售经验,具备大客户销售经验及头部客户维护案例,熟悉IDC及智算产品销售模式,有千万级项目操盘经验者优先。 2.资源要求:拥有优质大客户资源,能快速对接核心决策人,具备成熟客户维护及资源拓展能力,可快速启动AIDC及智算销售工作。 3.专业能力:熟悉智算产品及核心技术,定制输出智算解决方案和价值;具备基础数据分析、市场洞察及财务核算能力,可站在客户角度核算项目IRR与ROI,助力客户决策。 4.核心素养:目标感强、抗压性好,认同公司转型战略;具备优秀沟通、协作能力,善于整合资源,执行力强,能适应高频出差。 学历要求:本科及以上学历,相关专业优先,大客户资源匹配度极高者可放宽学历要求 1.Market Development & Key Account Management Focus on key clients in target industries including the internet, AI technology and scientific research institutions, tap into intelligent computing demands and formulate development strategies.
