1. Identify and build relationships with global influencers 2. Acquire new influencers’ quotations and collaboration intentions through emails and social media channels 3. Maintain constant communications with the marketing team based in China; be the advocate internally on behalf of the influencers to ensure their needs are met 4. Establish success metrics and measurement of engagements that align results with client objectives 5. Experiment new ways to leverage influencers to achieve client goals 6. Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the social media space

1. Power user of main-stream social networks such as Instagram and Youtube 2. Ability to effectively work independently and work in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments 3. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills 4. In-depth knowledge of social media marketing 5. Some experience in identifying, recruiting and managing influencers 6. Superb English communication skills, especially in writing 7. Experience in working for a Chinese company is a plus
