Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design, involved in the design of large commercial, real estate or public projects of interior design and architectural design, internationally renowned design company work experience is preferred; - Has excellent creativity and strong design capabilities, according to project requirements ; able to follow the project schedule. Responsible for the whole design process , and participate in the assessment work; - Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines , with good project communication skills and on-site problem solving ability; - Proficient in construction nodes, decoration materials, technology and construction processes, familiar with the project operation process; - Able to develop design solutions which meet the functional and budgetary criteria established in the project brief and according to the client's demand ; - Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to cooperate with the team during to whole design process.
