Interested in managing the advertising efforts for community newspapers? Experienced in project management/advertising/media? Want to work early mornings and be finished by early afternoonYou will be the manager for the entire advertising operation, working with US-based ad salespeople as well as Beijing-based designers, engineers and customer support reps to develop and product print, web and smartphone content, including video. You will also be in charge of customer support & retention via telephone, and some sales support. Working hours of 4am to 1pm, Tuesday to Friday and 8am – 5pm MondayWe require someone who:

Has 1-3 years work experience in media/advertising/newspapers, or project management- Can multitask effectively while maintaining extraordinary attention to detail- Is a native English speaker (spoken Chinese is a plus)- Has good telephone/email etiquette- Possesses the drive to go above and beyond basic requirements to service clients- Can produce, and work with others to produce, ad creative using Photoshop- Could jump in and take charge of newspaper layout using InDesign (on a necessary basis)- Could help out with some editorial work (on a necessary basis)- Bachelor’s degree. An MBA is a plus
