工作职责
Create a hospitable and professional atmosphere in your area to ensure total guest satisfaction through a personalized service and a VIP/repeat guest recognition program. Responsible for all aspects of hotel guest services operations including guest relation in accordance to hotel standards. This position require attention to detail, extremely organization. Person must be able to meet deadlines and coordinate among departments to deliver superior service and quality amenities to the guest. Able to educate and energize associates to actively collect, record guest preferences and act upon guest request and complaints.
职位要求
Female and non-Chinese only ·         Be well groomed and conform to the hotel's and department’s dress code. ·         Be informed about daily operations and events. ·         Be highly visible in public area during peak time. ·         Be familiar with sales strategies; communicate daily with reservation sales. ·         Know all frequent customers and is familiar with their special requests. Ensure that their needs are met. ·         Be familiar with cultural differences and know correct behaviour for each culture. Also know the different protocols and etiquette. ·         Be knowledgeable about all emergency plans and know how to act upon them. ·         Report any unusual occurrences immediately to the Front Office Manager. ·         At all times strive to represent Marriott in the most professional and courteous manner.
