Bergen Seafood AS (Norwegian company/挪威公司) is looking for a structured and accurate employee to be an Logistic and Office Manager. This position is highly independent in nature, so candidate need to be comfortable with making decision. You will work with logistics coordination and be a contributor to the sales organization. Our company is looking to build a remote department in all timezones, based in China in the future and we are hoping the right candidate will be the leader of this team. Job description Logistics coordination Be a contributor to the sales organization on all trade Administrative responsibility for follow-up with customers Documents management In the long term, become the company's resource person in quality-related tasks, internal auditing and certification Some travel may occur
职位要求
Qualifications Higher education in accounting and/or logistics is an advantage, but not a requirement Good familiarity with Microsoft office, and being able to get used to new computer systems quickly Good written and oral presentation skills in English and Mandarin/Putonghua (Chinese) Administrative experience is an advantage Fluent in English and Mandarin/Putonghua (Chinese) Personal characteristics Structured, accurate and self-motivated Good collaboration and communication skills Analytical and systematic approach We offer Home and flexible office, since the company is registered in Norway Competitive pay and conditions An exciting and varied working day, where you have good colleagues.
