工作职责
• Create and analyze the company's cold client base
• Identification of potential and prospective clients, establishing contacts, holding meetings and negotiations to attract a client and increase cargo turnover
• Implementation of planned KPIs.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales targets and profitability
• Maintains healthy receivables & monitor level of bad debts
• Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
• Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
• Provides weekly EOWs & monthly Sales Reports to General Manager
• Maintains accurate records of pricings, sales, and activity reports
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
• Sets examples in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
职位要求
• 3-5 years of sales experience of which three years in a sales management capacity in a freight forwarding environment, preferably groupage consolidated cargo with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• Experience in making presentations for clients
• Knowledge and practical sales skills
• Making appointments, and mastering the technique of negotiating (identifying needs, dealing with objections).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the logistics industry and familiarity with supply chain management principles
• Fluency in Chinese is a must. English – upper-intermediate. Russian will be a plus.
