工作职责
Develop project implementation plans, coordinate resources, drive project execution, and deliver implementation outcomes on time and to the required quality standards. Deploy, organize and mobilize the entire team to fully fulfill tasks aligned with target requirements. Allocate resources appropriately, control project costs, and achieve project management objectives. Handle cross-departmental and external coordination for project-related matters. Develop and maintain customer relationships, and support the company’s business development initiatives. Formulate various project management processes and regulations to standardize logistics service management. Organize internal and external training programs. Perform other tasks assigned by the company or supervisors.
职位要求
Strong execution capability, sense of responsibility, and capacity for continuous learning. Over 5 years of professional experience in logistics, with at least 3 years in logistics management roles. Ability to oversee departmental and overall operations; excellent communication and coordination skills, with a focus on team building and team spirit. Proficient in both English and Chinese. Skilled in using computers and office automation software (Excel/Project/Visio/MindMap).
