+ You are responsible for the project / technical leadership of the integration team for different vehicle projects and you will apply agile project management methods based on requirements + You are responsible for the project planning, fulfilling the relevant tasks to each milestone, monitoring of software and function fever curves as well as central fault management + You are responsible for controlling product maturity from the concept phase through to release, including verification of E/E maturity at the integration test locations and vehicles + Coordinate and align regarding project / technical topics with integration team, headquarter, JVs an do ther partners in region China is also in your area of responsibility + Represent the Integration team authorities in relevant meetings / committees and report the status of the project

+ Master- or Diploma degree in in electrical engineering, computer science, automotive engineering, mechatronics or equivalent. + More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry + Many years of experience in function and software development + Familiar with VWAG organization, systems and processes regarding project / test management is a plus + Deep knowledge of test management and system engineering + Experience in agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM, SAFE, etc.) Skills: + Convincing communication / argumentation / persuasiveness / negotiation skills + High degree of creativity, initiative and willingness to perform + High ability to solve problems, conflicts, and to achieve strategyaims in complex environment withthe team + Good command of spoken and written English + Chinese / German helpful
