1. Construction and maintenance of quality management system Responsible for writing or revising departmental quality management system documents, refining business processes within the quality management system framework based on business needs. Responsible for promoting and supervising the implementation of company system documents within the department, and completing internal and external audits of the company's quality system. 2. Tracking and handling of quality issues Responsible for internal review and standardization of project process documents, as well as tracking and handling quality issues during project implementation, product development, and product delivery. Including analyzing and handling customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive measures. 3. Quality inspection and control Develop a quality control plan for incoming materials and regularly evaluate and optimize it, and develop quality testing plans for raw materials and products. Design quality inspection system, draft or optimize quality inspection related forms and workflows, approve raw material and finished product quality inspection reports. Regularly analyze raw material and product quality issues and provide timely feedback to urge relevant departments to resolve them. 4. Organization of quality improvement activities Responsible for organizing quality improvement activities for company products, including 6Sigma management, QC teams, and other improvement activities using tools to ensure plan completion and project compliance. 5. Formulation and supervision of quality and technical regulations Develop inspection techniques, methods, and equipment, formulate quality technical regulations, and supervise their implementation. Design, implement, improve, and evaluate quality and reliability information systems. 6. Training and guidance Train, standardize, and supervise employees' work methods to improve production safety and efficiency.

Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing quality work experience; 2. Ability to coordinate and communicate across departments such as research and development, production, and procurement, and promote the resolution of quality issues; 3. Capable of handling customer complaints, adept at identifying root causes through data and driving continuous improvement; 4. Language proficiency: Proficient in spoken English and simple communication in Chinese.
