工作职责
As a Market Product Researcher focused on the Central Asian market, you will be responsible for in-depth exploration of market trends and consumer demands in countries such as Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. You will accurately identify products with high potential to become bestsellers for the company’s cross-border business.
Your responsibilities include:

Market Research: Conduct thorough research into the socio-cultural landscape, consumer habits, holidays, trends, and e-commerce platform dynamics in Central Asian countries, particularly Kyrgyzstan.
•
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors and their best-selling products on local marketplaces and cross-border platforms (e.g., Kaspi, Wildberries KZ, Ozon).
•
Data Mining: Utilize various data analysis tools (e.g., Google Trends, SellerMotor, local social platforms) to identify product opportunities and predict potential bestsellers.
•
Product Selection Decision-Making: Prepare detailed product selection reports and provide data-driven product recommendations based on market insights, profit margins, and supply chain feasibility.
•
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with procurement, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the smooth launch and success of selected products.
•
Localization Insight: Stay informed about local regulations, product certification standards, and import policies to ensure product compliance.
职位要求
Language Skills: Must be proficient in Russian (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred. Knowledge of basic Kazakh, Kyrgyz, or Uzbek will be a significant advantage.

Cultural Understanding: Deep understanding and awareness of the culture, social environment, and business practices in Central Asia, particularly Kyrgyzstan. Prior experience living, studying, or working in the region is highly desirable.

Professional Skills: Strong market research, data analysis, and logical reasoning abilities. Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce platforms and product selection tools.
•
Personal Attributes: Keen insight into market trends, curiosity, self-motivation, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Russian Language and Literature, Regional Studies, or related fields.
