I. Overall Responsibilities Fully responsible for the installation, management, maintenance, upkeep, repair, and improvement of all production equipment and machinery in the project to ensure their normal operation. II. Management Authority Has the authority to train, guide, and supervise work within the scope of responsibilities; responsible for the proper management, utilization, maintenance, and upkeep of work-in-progress, equipment, accessories, tools, measuring instruments, and workstation appliances. III. Key Job Responsibilities Strictly implement company rules and regulations; formulate and improve various equipment management rules and regulations, and establish and implement various equipment management standards. Organize the filling, filing, and storage of relevant documents such as basic equipment information, maintenance records, and improvement reports for project equipment, and conduct regular sorting work. Responsible for equipment installation, maintenance, and upkeep; diagnose and resolve production equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner to ensure smooth production with a prevention-oriented approach; responsible for educating and training employees on safe operation and safety knowledge. Conduct regular and irregular safety inspections of equipment; formulate maintenance work plans, including weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance schedules, and develop inspection and prevention plans. Establish safe stock levels for components; timely replenish various consumable parts to ensure the needs of daily production; clean and maintain idle equipment stored in the project to ensure it can be used at any time when needed, and submit a monthly equipment intactness report to the department. Responsible for the storage of various tools to ensure no loss; hand over tools according to the tool list recorded in the warehouse when work is changed. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.

Familiar with the structure and principles of industrial chemical pumps and capable of repairing them. Proficient in basic welding (including engineering plastic pipe welding). With experience in factory equipment operation and maintenance. Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic principles and capable of basic repairs. Candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
