工作职责
1. Job Responsibilities (1) Responsible for the preparation of meeting documents and coordination of meetings related to the company's governance bodies, such as shareholders' meetings and board of directors' meetings. (2) In charge of the daily administrative management of the office, including administrative procurement, property management, expense reimbursement, etc.; and the drafting of the annual work report of the board of directors, meeting plans, and research plans. (3) Completion of other routine tasks assigned by the leadership.
职位要求
2. Qualifications (1) Master's degree or above, major unrestricted, with fluent English. (2) Over five years of experience in the office of the board of directors or other comprehensive departments; candidates with experience in government agencies or the headquarters of central enterprises are preferred. Exceptional candidates may have their requirements relaxed appropriately. (3) Optimistic and steady, with strong learning ability, execution ability, stress resistance, and a dedicated spirit. (4) Proficient in the use of office software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
