Job Responsibilities 1、Responsible for localization, translation, proofreading, data annotation, etc. of product local language version, and communicate with other team members; 2、Assist the product team in local market and user researches, including information collection and user interviews; 3、Responsible for the local-running user experience testing, and provide quality supervision for product localization; 4、Responsible for providing customer service for local users, collect user feedback, and provide suggestions for product optimization or iteration; 5、Under the guidance of local culture or customs, propose activities with regional characteristics for the promotion and operation of users after the product is launched locally; 6、Responsible for local user operation, collecting and analyzing user demands, and assisting in local online and offline activities; 1、负责产品版本语言的本地化转译、审校、数据标注等工作，并与其他团队成员进行沟通； 2、协助产品进行本地市场及用户调研工作，包括信息收集及用户访谈等。 3、负责产品在本地运行的用户体验测试工作，为产品的本地化提供质量监督； 4、负责本地用户的产品使用客户服务，并收集用户体验反馈，为产品优化或迭代提供建议； 5、以当地人文或习俗为指导，针对产品在本地上线后的用户推广及运营提出具有区域特色的活动建议； 6、负责本地用户运营，收集及分析用户需求、并协助本地线上线下等活动的开展；

Job Requirements 1、3+ years marketing experience in SaaS software products or e-commerce platforms, with social/livestream e-commerce experience is preferred; 2、Have certain ability/experience in planning or marketing activities, and understand the basic process of user operation; 3、Excellent communication and collaboration skills, timely and accurately transmit market or user information to product, technology and other teams remotely; 4、Deep understanding of local culture; 5、At least 2 languages required: highly proficient in local language, English or Chinese； 1、具备3年以上的SaaS软件产品或电商平台的用户运营经验，具备社交电商或直播电商经验者优先； 2、具备一定的营销策划或市场活动的能力/经验，了解用户运营的基本流程； 3、具备优秀的沟通和协作能力，能及时准确的远程传递市场或用户信息到产品、技术等团队； 4、对当地文化有非常深入的了解； 5、至少具备2种语言能力：非常娴熟本地语言 + 英文或中文；
