工作职责
Overseas Market Development Conduct research on automobile consumption demand, competitive landscape and policy trends in target overseas markets. Formulate targeted sales strategies and develop new customers and channels (including distributors, agents and end-user key accounts). Customer Relationship Management Take charge of the full-life-cycle management of overseas customers. Conduct regular follow-ups on customer needs, address product inquiries (e.g., vehicle configurations, performance parameters, after-sales support, etc.), and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships. Sales Order Execution Liaise with customers to complete the inquiry, quotation, contract negotiation and signing processes. Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics and finance to ensure on-time order delivery and follow up on payment collection progress. Product Promotion & Demonstration Participate in overseas auto shows, industry seminars and other events. Deliver product presentations and conduct live vehicle demonstrations to communicate brand value and core product advantages, and enhance market penetration rate.
职位要求
Age: 20-30 years old Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, or 6+ months of auto sales experience (preferred) Professional Competencies: Proactive, diligent and pragmatic; strong sense of purpose and ability to work under pressure Business Travel: Willing to accept long-term business trips (covering domestic, border and overseas markets) Language Proficiency: Basic English or Russian communication skills preferred (capable of handling daily business coordination)
