工作职责
Job Responsibilities:
Establishment of compliance system
- Research the labor laws and regulations of the target country, formulate systems for labor contracts, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, etc., ensuring compliance with local laws and the policies of the parent company.
- Design management plans for expatriates and local personnel, including visa applications, salary subsidies, cultural adaptation training, etc., to reduce cross-border employment risks
Talent recruitment and retention
- Develop a localized recruitment strategy, attract technical and management talents through social recruitment and professional headhunting channels, with a focus on filling positions that are in short supply in the construction machinery field
- Establish an employee relationship management mechanism, handle labor disputes and collective bargaining, and maintain harmonious employment relationships
Organization and culture construction
- Promote the implementation of the parent company's culture overseas, design cross-cultural training programs, and enhance the collaboration efficiency between Chinese and foreign teams
Compensation and benefits management
- Design a competitive compensation system that includes basic salary, performance bonuses, and long-term incentives, balancing cost control with market benchmarking
- Connect with local insurance institutions, establish welfare guarantees such as medical care and pension, and handle tax declaration and social security payment
职位要求
Job Requirements
professional competence
- Over 5 years of overseas HR experience, familiar with the labor laws of the target country, and holding an international human resources certification (such as SHRM-CP) is preferred
- Proficient in salary accounting, tax compliance, and supplier management, with skills in salary scheme design and labor cost analysis
Language and Culture
- Fluent in English (with no barriers in business communication), proficiency in the local language is preferred
- Possess cross-cultural team management experience, understand the differences between Chinese and Western management, and effectively coordinate the needs of headquarters and overseas branches
Industry adaptability
- Familiar with the characteristics of talents in the construction machinery industry, and understand the demand for human resources in business processes such as equipment manufacturing and after-sales service
- Experience in establishing HR systems for overseas mergers and acquisitions or newly established companies is preferred

- Possess the ability to anticipate risks, promptly identify potential compliance hazards in employment, and propose solutions
