工作职责
Functional Responsibilities: Personnel responsible for achieving national development strategies, sales, collections, and market share targets in the Mexican region, as well as the daily management of the respective country. 1. Responsible for researching market trends in the Mexican region and formulating marketing strategies. 2. Develop annual/monthly product sales plan targets and achieve sales objectives. 3. Responsible for developing new agents and emerging markets. 4. Develop, establish, and maintain relationships with key accounts such as large clients, state-owned enterprises, and central enterprises, promptly understand their needs, and drive product sales for the company. 5. Responsible for brand promotion and sales management in the respective country. 6. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key local clients at the national level.  
职位要求
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, mechanical engineering, or related fields, with 3+ years of overseas sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in overseas sales positions at Sany, XCMG, LiuGong, Zoomlion, or Sinotruk; 2. Possess strong market development, customer management, and resource allocation capabilities, with the ability to promptly identify and uncover customer needs, providing suitable product solutions. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills. 3. Possesses extensive industry resources and a certain client base. 4. Languages: Chinese, English, Spanish.
