工作职责
Job Description: We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Foreign Trade Business Regional Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding the international market, identifying new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships, and ultimately achieving sales targets. You will serve as a crucial bridge connecting the company with global clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Development and Customer Prospecting: Proactively identify and develop potential international clients through various channels such as Alibaba International, Global Sources, social media, industry exhibitions, online searches, and on-the-ground promotions; 2. Sales Execution and Management: Responsible for the entire sales process, including inquiry and quotation, technical communication, negotiation, and contract signing, to achieve sales targets; 3. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establish and maintain long-term, stable, and positive business relationships with overseas clients, agents, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty; 4. Market Information Analysis: Collect and analyze international market product trends, competitor dynamics, and customer demands to provide recommendations for the company's product strategy and market decisions;
职位要求
1. Education and Major: Associate degree or above, with priority given to majors in International Trade, Business English, Marketing, or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; 2. Work Experience: - Possess at least 2 years of foreign trade business experience, with priority given to candidates with experience in elevator, heavy industry, or mechanical manufacturing sectors; - Proficient in foreign trade business processes; - Experience in independently developing overseas clients and successfully closing deals. 3. Language proficiency: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of using it as a working language for business communication, negotiations, email correspondence, and technical document handling. Proficiency in other languages (e.g., French, Arabic, Russian, etc.) is preferred; 4. Personal qualities: - Excellent communication skills, negotiation techniques, and customer service awareness; Proactive, with a strong drive for advancement and resilience under pressure, and willing to embrace challenges; - Possess excellent teamwork spirit and the ability to solve problems independently; - Able to adapt to frequent international business trips and exhibition participation.
