工作职责
Market Development and Customer Expansion Be responsible for exploring overseas target markets and identifying potential customers, including distributors, agents, and end - users. Analyze market trends and the dynamics of competitors, and formulate regional sales strategies. Customer Relationship Management Follow up on customer needs, provide product solutions, quotations, conduct contract negotiations, and offer after - sales service support. Resolve customer complaints, maintain long - term cooperative relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction. Achievement of Sales Targets Meet the sales targets assigned by the company. Regularly report on sales progress, analyze data, and propose improvement plans. Order Management and Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure on - time order delivery. Handle import and export documents such as contracts, invoices, and customs declaration documents, and be familiar with international trade processes (e.g., FOB, CIF terms). Market Research and Feedback Collect overseas market information and feedback customer needs and product improvement suggestions. Study local policies, regulations, and industry standards. Business Trip Requirements Regularly travel overseas to participate in exhibitions, visit customers, or conduct market inspections.
职位要求
A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in international trade, marketing, business English, or related fields. With more than 2 years of overseas sales experience, familiar with foreign trade processes (such as letters of credit, international logistics, customs declaration, etc.). Candidates with experience in specific industries (sales of far - infrared lenses) or regional market resources will be given priority. Fluent in English (both written and oral), able to independently write emails, contracts, and conduct business negotiations. Excellent cross - cultural communication skills, adaptable to working in different time zones, and capable of flexibly responding to customer needs. Strong business negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure are required. Familiar with the industry rules, laws, and regulations of the target market (such as EU CE certification, US FCC certification, etc.), and understand export compliance requirements and risk management (such as exchange rate fluctuations, payment risks). Proficient in using Office software, CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and data analysis tools. Have the ability to conduct market research and independently develop customers. Be adaptable to frequent business trips, and possess strong learning ability and initiative.
