工作职责
Develop and manage international sales opportunities for fiber optic equipment, including fusion splicing machines, optical cleavers, and related products. • Identify potential overseas clients, distributors, and partners through online platforms, exhibitions, and market research. • Build and maintain strong business relationships with international customers through email, calls, and online meetings. • Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and sales proposals to overseas clients. • Handle the complete sales process, including negotiation, order confirmation, shipment coordination, and after-sales support. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose improvements and new opportunities. • Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings when required.
职位要求
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 6 months to 1 year of sales or customer service experience will be an advantage. • Basic English communication skills (spoken and written); willingness to improve language skills. • Strong interest in international sales and learning new markets. • Good interpersonal skills, confident personality, and ability to communicate with customers. • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn; company will provide complete product and sales training. • Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Word, Online communication tools). • Ability to work responsibly, meet deadlines, and follow company procedures. • Preference for candidates who are motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow with the company.
