Maintain liaison with local government departments at all levels, including Development and Reform Commission, Land and Resources Bureau, Construction Committee, Planning Bureau, Development Zones, etc. Monitor daily construction-related websites (e.g., construction networks, information portals, bidding platforms, energy networks, etc.) to obtain real-time project information. Undertake customer reception tasks, including preparing detailed reception plans, specifications, and standards. Ensure strict confidentiality of all project information, tender documents, and other confidential materials. Track project information and ensure thorough analysis of each client and project's credit background. The investigation must cover at least the following: Organize functional departments to review bidding documents, and follow up the processes of contract review, contract handover, and contract performance in real time.

Educational & Professional Background: a) College degree or above; CET-4 or higher English proficiency. b) Aged 28-38, with a professional appearance and outgoing demeanor. Experience Requirements: a) Over 1 year of marketing experience in large-scale steel structure enterprises, or over 2 years of direct sales experience in construction, building materials, machinery, or related industries. Other Skill Requirements: 3.1 Professional Skills & Knowledge: a) Familiar with manufacturing and installation of steel structure products. b) Proficient in professional knowledge of steel structure project marketing. 3.2 Professional Qualities: Capability in project marketing, key client development, and maintenance. 3.3 Additional Abilities: Strong communication and coordination skills, team collaboration awareness, logical analysis, and business negotiation capabilities.
