工作职责
1. Provide customers with technical service support for the company's products, online and offline product training, and technical training; 2. Communicate and analyze customer needs and configure technical solutions; 3. Assist customers in on-site debugging and solve technical problems; 4. Compile overseas technical data, make training courseware, maintain customer product files, etc. 5. About half of the year needs to travel to Southeast Asia, Europe or the United States, and the business trip area is set according to the situation.
职位要求
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background; 2. Have more than one year of overseas technical related work experience, and accept outstanding fresh graduates; 3. English (or the required corresponding language) can be used as the working language; 4. Have good communication and understanding skills, and be able to understand customer problems and needs efficiently; 5. Have a good sense of service. 6. It is best to have the ability to drive and have a driver's license.
