1.Collect product forecasts and order demands, lead the supply and demand review, and develop a supply and demand coordination plan. Conduct S&OP meetings and release actionable S&OP and supply plans, ensuring their accuracy and reasonableness. 2.Monitor product delivery performance through data analysis, identify issues in product delivery fulfillment, and develop countermeasures to improve product forecast fulfillment rates. 3.Develop the master production plan, lead its review, and release it for daily production scheduling and shipment planning. Simultaneously, complete Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system operations, release purchase requests, and evaluate delivery commitments for urgent orders, ensuring follow-up and fulfillment. 4.In line with customer demand, use inventory management practices to reasonably control inventory, maintain a healthy inventory structure, and improve inventory turnover. 5.Proactively manage the demand for products approaching End of Life (EOL) to reduce the risk of obsolete stock. If obsolescence occurs, analyze the causes of obsolete materials and propose preventive measures. Summarize the findings and share best practices.

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related fields. Experience in automotive parts planning and scheduling is preferred. 2.Familiar with S&OP processes and master production planning, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. 3.Proficient in using SAP-ERP systems and familiar with office software applications. 4.Good understanding of MRP calculation logic. 5.Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities in planning. 6.Strong communication, cross-department coordination, and execution skills. Able to work well under pressure.
