Forecast and formulate the factory's monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on the company's annual and monthly marketing plans. Track and assess the achievement of production plans, analyze and improve the plan completion rate. Connect with the marketing team, analyze product supply capacity and risks, and be responsible for delivery commitment and achievement management. Formulate raw material and auxiliary material procurement plans according to production plans, and track the supply status of raw materials. Issue daily material requisition forms based on production plans and hand them over to the production department for daily material collection. Reasonably control inventory, participate in the prevention, control, and disposal of idle materials, and actively promote the handling of idle materials.

College degree or above, with more than 1 year of management experience in the same position; excellent PMC specialists are also eligible. Able to accept long-term overseas assignment. No language requirement, but fluent English communication is preferred.
