Responsible for the production management of the team according to production requirements. Arrange production tasks for each workstation based on the production tasks and operation plans assigned by the workshop director to ensure timely completion of production tasks. Be familiar with the product processes, quality requirements, and inspection standards of the production line. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all original record materials, and ensure that the work-in-progress (WIP) matches the accounts and physical items. Guarantee the timely submission of various statistical and accounting reports, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of all data. Organize team members to manage, use, and maintain equipment properly, implement individual responsibility assignments, and inspect the implementation status.

Familiar with production process operations, with more than 2 years of management experience in the same position. Priority given to those with staple management experience in the furniture industry. Able to accept long-term overseas assignment.
