Work alongside the existing IB team in London as well as colleagues in China (including HK) and internationally Support the senior bankers in developing and maintaining clients’ relationships, which involves research, valuation, and preparation of pitch books Help senior bankers to originate mandates, e.g. M&A deals, and capital market transactions (e.g. IPOs, GDRs and Debt issuance) Support and participate in deal executions
