Responsible for making product planning and product promotion plans of the region, ensuring the scientific and rational management of goods, ordering and deploying varieties of the region; 4. Responsible for distributor management, performance management, bonus management, visit reception, etc.; 5. Responsible for handling emergency incidents, daily personnel administration and IT information construction of the branch; 6. Timely completion of other tasks assigned by group and regional leaders.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business management, marketing and other management economics is preferred; 2. more than 10 years working experience in direct selling industry，Experience in team management； 3. Familiar with the legal system of customs clearance, finance and taxation, products, logistics and direct selling of the country; 4. Have a certain decision-making power, good execution, business innovation, emergency resolution, coordination and response, grasp the market trend ability; 5. English can be used as a working language,speak simple Chinese.
