Job Title : ESL teacher for primary school  Develop and prepare weekly lesson plans for each grade.  Deliver classes in ways that encourage student academic and personal growth, such as project-based learning, activities, and play.  Correct homework, grade tests, and provide individualized feedback to students on their work.  Provide help to struggling students. Professional Duties  Workweek: Monday to Friday, no office hour.  Maximum 24 teaching hours per week.  Help manage and teach classes from 40-50 students.  Attend professional development courses provided by the school.
