Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for the company's social live product training, combing training content, increasing the company's live product local visibility, introducing potential guilds and high-quality anchors, and improving anchor and guild growth and retention; - Based on the anchors and user profiles in different regions, develop localised anchor training operation strategies and team management; - Regularly review key data and cause dismantling to optimise the iterative operation mechanism.

Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, experience in overseas social live streaming products is preferred; 2. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Indonesian, suitable for an all English work environment; 3. Familiar with the operation system and ecological operation mode of social live streaming products; 4. Experience in organizing training and building training systems.
