Our studio is looking for a full time Receptionist/administrative assistant.General duties include:- Great customers and visiters at reception area followed the company precedure- Paperwork, creating documents on the computer, and answering phone calls.- Answer the incoming phones and transfer the phones in polite ways.- Good customer service attitude and strong sense of responsibility.- Warm-hearted, with a polite and welcoming smile.Requirements:- Female graduate Chinese- Fluent in Chinese and English- Nice, Polite, fun personality
