Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business/management.At least 5 years of working experience in recruitment in agency backgroundStrong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.Passion in AI (Artificial Intelligence) developmentsExcellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and objectives.Confident, logical, solution-driven and results-orientedExperienced working with regional or global team set-ups would be a strong advantage
