1. Lead the mechatronics design of humanoid robot systems or key subsystems (including main structure, dexterous hands, and exoskeleton teleoperation), taking ownership of the complete development cycle from conceptual design and simulation validation to engineering prototype realization. 2. Execute actuator system (motor/reducer/encoder) selection calculations and structural optimization. Design transmission system layouts and cable routing topologies, and deliver 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOM documentation. 3. Collaborate with electronics and algorithm teams to achieve integrated mechatronic system design, and lead system-level dynamic simulation activities. 4. Participate in design for manufacturability reviews, optimize mass production solutions through process simulation and FMEA analysis, and coordinate with supply chain to resolve engineering change issues from trial production to volume manufacturing. 5. Conduct forward-looking research in robotics, exoskeleton (teleoperation), and dexterous hand product design. Develop new product structures, lead reverse engineering and patent analysis for related products, and contribute to the development of advanced technology roadmaps.
