工作职责
Sales manager-France Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for business development and management in the country market, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives in this market; 2. Responsible for the daily maintenance of channel customers, channel management and activity management and refined operation; 3. Responsible for marketing budget and resource allocation, working closely with country managers and regional marketing to ensure effective utilization of resources to support business development; 4. Establish and expand relationships with customers, partners and channel agents, coordinate and support them to reach common business goals; 5. Monitor market dynamics and competitors' situation, formulate response strategies and drive the implementation of marketing activities. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of offline sales or sourcing experience in related industries (home appliances/consumer electronics/smart hardware, etc.); 2. Successful experience in business development and leading sales growth; 3. Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills, able to effectively respond to market challenges and formulate effective business development strategies; 4. Sales oriented, result oriented and highly self-driven; 5. Fluent communication skills in English and local languages.
