工作职责
1. Lead the quote process according to customer RFQ, negotiate price, delivery and other details on the business side, control the scope of the project and the technical realization on the technical side, until PO release.
2. Build Project team, kick-off, define project plans, time management, risk management, quality management, budget and cost management, change management, etc.
3. Regularly project meetings, organize internal and external project technical design reviews and design freeze, coordinate cross-departmental and cross-project resource integration, manage project plans to achieve project goals.
4. Implement phased management of each milestone, define main target to detail plan, quick response to different risks and changes, until make corresponding decisions.
5. Develop corresponding strategies based on actual changes to meet customer requirement while ensuring the maximization of internal benefits.
6. Project scope management, responsible for business quotation and technical negotiation for the works out of scope, and get additional PO.
7. Customer satisfaction management, lesson and learn in the entire project process with internal and external team, share lesson learn with management for further projects, to achieve closed-loop control of customer satisfaction and technics.
8. Regularly report the project status (time, cost, risk, changes, follow-up plan, etc.) to management, and report the project status and open points plan to customer.
9. Responsible for project pre and final acceptance, lesson learn, document transfer, and project team building.
10. Manage after-sales service, to do permanent after-sales, arrange resources on-site support for projects within the warranty, negotiate quote for projects that exceed the warranty, and handle additional POs and follow-up service.
职位要求
English native speaker;
Experience on Automation Equipment Industry is preferred;
25-30 yrs old;
Good documentation work skill.
