Main Responsibilities Instructional Program Development and Implementation: Develop individualized teaching plans and course syllabi based on students' specific circumstances and SAT requirements. Complete the teaching plan on time to ensure the quality and progress of teaching. Classroom Teaching and Tutoring: Responsible for the classroom teaching of SAT preparation courses, using a variety of teaching methods and means to stimulate students' interest and motivation. Organize regular mock exams to assess students' learning effectiveness and provide targeted coaching and feedback. Solve problems encountered by students in the learning process and provide effective learning suggestions. Preparation of teaching materials and information: Prepare and update relevant teaching materials, teaching aids and test banks according to teaching needs. Collect and organize the latest developments and changes in the SAT exam, and adjust the teaching content and methods in a timely manner. Student Management and Communication: Establish a good teacher-student relationship with students, pay attention to students' learning status and psychological changes, and provide necessary psychological support and assistance. Communicate with parents on a regular basis to provide feedback on the students' learning situation and work together to formulate learning plans and goals. Teaching Research and Enhancement: Participate in teaching research and exchange activities to continuously improve our own teaching level and ability. Share teaching experience and successful cases to promote the improvement of the team's teaching quality.

Must have some experience teaching test preparation, preferably SAT preparation. U.S. passport holder with a Bachelor's degree.
