Job Description：（1）Responsible for internal and external communications of the overseas projects.（2）Participate the communication and negotiation processes of the overseas projects.（3）Helping with development strategy Formulation for the overseas energy sources projects.职位职责：（1）负责海外项目的中外方联系；（2）参与海外开发项目的沟通和谈判；（3）参与制订海外能源开发战略。

Job Requirements:（1） Fluent in English and Mandarin (English skill includes reading and translating documents and oral communications).（2） Minimum 3 years negotiation experience of overseas projects. （3）Overseas business experience is preferred, but not required.（4）Major Requirement： None Degree：Master and above任职要求：（1） 熟练掌握中英文（英文要求能直接阅读、翻译文献，并用英文进行直接沟通）
