WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Lead and execute media and community communications strategy * Draft and oversee the review process for press releases, talking points, messaging documents and other internal and external communications, seeing each through to completion. * Monitor, identify and counter misinformation that might interfere with our business and ability to serve our customers. * Support media training for company executives prior to interviews and provide presentation support for speaking engagements. * Manage external vendor and agency relationships.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * 5+ years experience in public relations or product communications, ideally in both in-house and agency settings. * Knowledge in crypto and blockchain is a massive plus. * Mandarin Chinese fluency is a plus. * Established relationships and contacts with traditional and crypto media. * Skilled at planning, prioritizing and executing in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail. * Outstanding verbal and written communication; skilled in telling stories in a clear, intriguing and effective way. * Ability to draft focused messaging and content for press-related materials like press releases, executive briefing documents, press kits, and blog posts.
