Job Responsibilities Formulate and optimize the production plan: according to the company's strategic objectives and market demand, formulate annual, quarterly and monthly production plans to ensure timely completion of production tasks; according to market changes and orders, flexibly adjust the production plan to meet customer demand. Supervise the production process: Conduct regular inspections of the production site to ensure that the production process meets the requirements of safety, quality, environmental protection, etc.; supervise the production progress, identify and solve problems in the production process in a timely manner to ensure that the production is carried out smoothly. Resource coordination and allocation: according to the production plan, coordinate the raw materials, equipment, manpower and other resources required for production to ensure the rational allocation and effective use of production resources; communicate closely with production, procurement, warehousing and other departments to ensure the timely supply of materials required for production. Cost control and benefit analysis: formulate and implement production cost control measures to reduce production costs; analyze production benefits, put forward improvement suggestions and recommendations to enhance the profitability of the production department. Optimization of production process: research and introduce advanced production technology and equipment to improve production efficiency and product quality; continuous improvement of the existing production process to reduce waste and loss in the production process. Team building and management: Responsible for team building of the production department, selecting, training and evaluating production personnel to improve the overall quality of the team; formulate and implement rules and regulations of the production department to ensure the orderly work of the production department. Cross-departmental collaboration and communication: Maintain close communication with other departments (e.g. R&D, Sales, Purchasing, etc.) to collaborate on solving problems in the production process and ensure the smooth realization of the company's overall goals.

1, College graduate or above, major in Mechanical or electronic and relative fields. 2, 5 years or above magnetic component technology work experience, and at least 3 years department management experience. 3. Good knowledge of the magnetic component, profuse experience of process engineering and manufactory, good communication skills, accountability, integrity, leadership, coordination, team building 4. Good at english writting and reading, Oral speaking is preferred. 5. Good at Japanese writing,reading and speaking.
