工作职责
We seek a motivated, driven and high performing senior business/sales executive with a documented and successful track record from sales and project execution in the Chinese infrastructure sector. Previous experience in dealing and interacting with senior officials on a governmental and municipality level is a prerequisite. Knowledge from the Chinese water purification industry is a bonus not a must. Play a vital role in the rapid growth and expansion of the Company. The environment is challenging, fast, entrepreneurial, and dynamic. Lead the rollout and development of the water works in China. Lead the sales of the water works with the local governments and Industries and be responsible for the sales target. Deepen and structure relations with senior officials in provincial, municipal and county governments both administrative (Water and Construction Department) as well as political (governor, mayor etc) where UWI has agreements in rural China for the delivery and installation of the UWI biological drinking water system BioGreen™. Working in collaboration with our installation and service partners in China. The job requires hands-on full-time commitment and extensive travel within the People’s Republic of China.
职位要求
BS/BA in Engineering or equivalent. 10+ years of infrastructure sales/business development experience in a PRC government organisation, meeting or exceeding targets and profit and loss responsibility. Proactive, self-motivated, well-structured with the ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing. Ability to communicate, present and influence senior government and municipal officials. Experience in building and leading a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Frequent travelling and long hours away from home (approx. 60%).
