工作职责
1. Responsible for compliance and adherence to all export control procedures, ensuring procedures are followed and further developed in line with changes taking place in the export environment. 2. Execution of transportation activities in accordance with all customer service requirements. 3. Coordinate with Merchandisers, Forwarders, Factories and Bank. 4. Oversee shipping activities, keeping updated shipment records and forwarding relevant information to Accounting Department on shipment of goods. 5. Track the delivery of each batch of goods, statistic and check the relevant data. 6. Manage and monitor Vendor Delivery Performance Analysis. Managing following up on orders that are received to ensure that they are processed on time and accurately and shipped as per the delivery schedules and that the customer receives all the relevant information they might need relating to each shipment. Ensure timely payment of invoices from buyers, account reconciliation and claims management by working closely with customers and key partners. Communicating with all parties and providing supporting documents as required (invoices, statements, proof of delivery etc.)
职位要求
1. Min 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity; prior experience in trading or manufacturing company is preferred. 2. Min 6 years of team lead or supervisory experience with experience in managing, guiding a team to meet both organizational success. 3. Strong knowledge in import/export documentations, LC negotiation, LC Opening for suppliers, Freight Negotiation with forwarder. 4. Verse in shipping planning & control both in China & Offshore countries. 5. Fluent in both written & spoken English.
