工作职责
1. Responsible for making annual plans for the social media Operation Team; 2. Responsible for monthly decomposition of the annual sales/fan increase target of the social media operation team, and completed the task target of fans on social media platforms and annual sales target task of social media channels; 3. Responsible for material collection, daily operation plan and Posting of social media platform, monthly activity arrangement of social media platform and statistics and analysis of social media operation data reports; 4. Responsible for achieving the goals of the social media operation team and making monthly and annual reports; 5. Responsible for the management of social media operation team.
职位要求
1. At least 2 years of overseas social media platform operation experience (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Tiktok), at least 1 year of Instagram, Facebook operation experience, at least 1 year of overseas social media team management experience, Excellent cases, overseas study, foreigners preferred; 2. Be familiar with and understand overseas cultural characteristics, keep up with overseas current affairs, social media operation knowledge and skills, data analysis knowledge; 3. Familiar with the operation methods of overseas social media platforms, independent planning and execution of events, good at market and competitive product data analysis, and able to timely adjust operation strategies; Keen insight into new things on the Internet, unique operation techniques and insights on social media operation, understanding of various overseas promotion channels, strong organizational and communication skills; 4. Strong team spirit, logical thinking, active thinking, innovative ability, creative planning ability, fashion trend smell, work initiative.
