 On-site product inspection, in-line inspection and reporting, follow up non-conformities, failure analysis and improvements etc.  On-site monitoring and audit suppliers’ manufacturing process and quality controls so to ensure product quality.  Manage the customer complaint with 8D approach.  Warranty quality handling and product failure analysis  Participate on new project development process.  Driving continuous improvement via Kaizen  Suppliers training and development.  Communicate with related departments to ensure quality requirement are met.  Other tasks which supervisor assigned.

 At least 3 years working experiences for quality/process control.  Familiar with Work Instructions, SOP, PFC, PCP, Check sheet etc.  Familiar with quality tools: Kaizen, FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE etc.  Sufficient experiences on new project development  Should be able to read and inspect as per Product constructional drawings.  Good English reading, writing, and speaking.  Good communication, and interpersonal skills  Able to work independently and pro-actively.  Prefer to have (suppliers) quality management experiences.  Textile / garment relevant field experience will be a plus.  Experiences on gloves will be a plus.  Chinese reading, writing, and speaking is preferable.  Main Station in Supplier Factory  Travel at different supplier frequently.
