F45 Training Chaowai is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead classes, grow membership and retain clients. The ideal candidate has previous management experience, group training experience, dynamic outgoing personality and inspires others to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. In addition, we are also looking for an energetic and inspirational trainer to join the team. Job tasks and responsibilities: - Responsible for leading classes, coaching members and overseeing other coaches - Develop and help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team training environment. - Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes and drive results for members. - Manage the client experience/interaction to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention. - Business development with corporate wellness programs - Build network of related businesses for cross-marketing opportunities - Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained. - A willingness to work flexible hours and eager to be actively involved in growing the business. - Work closely with the Owner/Director to ensure that all aspects of the business are operating at the highest level. - Ensure the safety of staff and members
