Main Responsibilities Teaching Program and Curriculum Design Develop appropriate swimming teaching programs according to the age, level and needs of the students. Design diversified course contents, including basic stroke teaching, skill enhancement and physical training. Swimming skill training Teach participants the correct swimming posture, breathing method and movement essentials. Correct participants' wrong movements in swimming and help them establish correct swimming habits. Instruct participants to practice swimming skills and improve their swimming speed and endurance. Lesson Implementation and Evaluation Conduct lessons according to the teaching plan to ensure the progress and quality of the lessons. Conduct regular assessment of students' learning and adjust the teaching program to meet students' needs. Record students' progress and performance, and provide feedback and suggestions to parents. Student Management and Communication Responsible for the day-to-day management of students, including student attendance, leave and other matters. Maintain good communication with learners and parents to understand learners' needs and opinions, and solve problems in a timely manner. Encourage students to actively participate in course activities to enhance their interest and self-confidence. Venue Maintenance and Safety Management Ensure that the swimming venue is clean, tidy and safe, and regularly check the operational status of the swimming facilities. Strictly observe the safety regulations of the swimming venue to ensure the safety of the students during the swimming process. In case of emergency, be able to take rescue measures quickly to protect the lives of learners.

Requirements Educational Background Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Education, Swimming or related field. Work Experience Have a certain number of years of work experience as a swimming instructor, familiar with the swimming teaching process and methods. Qualifications Hold a nationally recognized swimming coaching qualification certificate. Skills and Abilities Possess good swimming skills and teaching ability. Possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Possess good emergency handling skills and safety awareness. Personal Qualities Passionate about swimming education, patient and responsible to students. Proactive and able to work under pressure.
