工作职责
Pre-sales Technical Support 1. Communicate with customers regarding products and technologies to enhance customer satisfaction. 2. Collect and summarize feedback from overseas customers on product and technology-related issues, including requirements, inquiries, complaints, and delivery. 3. Participate in sales business bidding processes, assist the company in identifying requirements, and determine bidding models and solutions. 4. Collaborate with sales teams to collect competitive intelligence, monitor market trends, and provide feedback. Post-Sales Work: 1. On-site maintenance of overseas products and project installation work.
职位要求
1、Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields. 2、Over 5 years of relevant experience. 3、Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with Chinese preferred. Other: Willingness to accept long-term global business trips, with an average of 8 months of travel per year (regular travel allowance provided).
