Responsible for the customer service of Tiktok stores, answer user inquiries and handle after-sales questions, and improve user satisfaction. 3. Follow up order processing, handle customer complaints, coordinate warehousing, logistics and distribution related matters. 4. Monitor the dynamics and market changes of competitive products, and adjust marketing strategies and product selection in a timely manner. 5. Responsible for the collection of materials, provide effective support for the company to produce videos and copywriting, and improve users' attention and stickiness to products; 6. Work closely with other departments of the company to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the whole chain of TikTok stores.

1. College degree or above, Thai and Chinese can be used as working languages, and can carry out cross-cultural work cooperation; 2. Have certain experience in foreign trade business, cross-border e-commerce or social media operation, good business sensitivity, and work experience on TikTok platform is preferred; 3. Good data analysis ability, able to analyze and study sales data and market trends; 4. Have excellent communication ability and teamwork ability, and be able to establish good cooperative relations with people at different levels. 5. Have a good sense of customer service and the ability to deal with problems, and be able to maintain good customer relationships. 6. Have a sense of innovation and marketing strategy thinking, and be able to formulate creative and efficient marketing strategies. 7. Be familiar with the communication laws, gameplay, fan rules and algorithms of overseas culture and various overseas social platforms, and understand the underlying logic of Tiktok.
